Restaurants and bars
We design restaurants, bars, and hospitality spaces that fill tables, justify higher checks, and generate the organic content that replaces advertising spending.
What design does
The customer doesn't just pay for the food. They pay for the experience of being in your establishment.
Atmosphere, acoustics, lighting, table layout and materials directly affect how long the customer stays, how much they spend and whether they return.
Table rotation
Table density, foot traffic, and layout determine how many covers you can make in a night. An inefficient layout cuts usable capacity and table turnover without ever showing up in a P and L.
Average spend
A business that communicates premium quality gives staff the argument to recommend more expensive options. The customer accepts a higher price when the space justifies it.
Organic reach
A restaurant with a photogenic space generates a flow of images on social media that no marketing budget can buy. It's the cheapest advertising there is.
Return frequency
Customers return to places they associate with a positive experience. Design creates that emotional connection more effectively than any loyalty programme.
What hospitality operators ask us
Which design decision affects average spend the most?
Visibility of what is being prepared, and comfort to stay. An open kitchen or bar lifts impulse ordering, and a chair you can sit in for another half hour extends the meal and the spend. Both are decided on the floor plan, before any material is chosen.
How do you design so the team can actually work?
By measuring routes before aesthetics. The path from floor to kitchen, the distance to the service station, where clearing crosses the pass. If the space does not let people work well during service, the customer feels it in the waiting time even without knowing why.
What is needed to open a hospitality venue?
Depending on the market and the scope, a notification procedure or a licence with environmental assessment. What delays openings is rarely the paperwork itself, it is discovering mid-build that the extraction, the sound insulation or the capacity do not match the design. That is why we check those three points before closing the design.
Do you also do the brand, the menu and the website?
Yes. A restaurant is judged in three places at once: the venue, the menu and the listing that shows up on a phone. One team handles all three, and that is the reason the project does not go out to three separate suppliers.
