EOLOS DESIGN LAB is a design studio operating internationally, with local studios in Madrid, Stockholm and Athens. This website, eoloslab.com, is its international studio.

What we collect
When you send a brief through our form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your project. We use them to respond, assess the enquiry and, if we work together, run the project. We do not sell or rent your information. Access is limited to the EOLOS team and the service providers needed to operate the site and handle your enquiry.
Legal bases and retention
Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries and operating the site, consent where requested, or a legal obligation. We keep data only for as long as needed for the enquiry or project relationship and for any applicable legal, tax or accounting period.
Analytics and cookies
We use functional browser storage and Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate and improve the experience. We do not run advertising or remarketing trackers. You can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings.
Service providers and international processing
We may use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, contact forms, email delivery and web fonts. They process data only as needed to provide those services. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis. Write to info@eoloslab.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD. We apply GDPR standards to everyone we work with, wherever they are.
Security and confidentiality
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, while recognizing that no online system is entirely risk-free. Project information is treated confidentially from the first contact. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be arranged before detailed information is exchanged.
Intellectual property
The design, text and images on this site belong to EOLOS DESIGN LAB unless stated otherwise. Project images are shown with the agreement of the clients involved. Please do not reuse them without permission.
Website information and liability
Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, technical study or professional commitment. A formal engagement requires project assessment and written confirmation. We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors, and we are not responsible for external websites beyond our control.

Work commissioned in Spain, Sweden or Greece may be handled by the relevant local studio: eolos.es, eolos.se or eoloslab.gr. EOLOS is part of the WOLFBLANC group.
